Winner of eight awards, including Best Picture and Best Performance from the 2006 Machinima Film Festival in New York. A solitary spacecraft makes a landing on a seemingly baron asteroid. The traveler, Pi, is himself a machine, a private investigator. He pries open an old hatchway and descends where he discovers an old refuelling station designed for travelers destined for the outer reaches. It was, until they shut it down. What happened here?
Pi revives a robot named Kieru, the facility manager. He asks her what happened, but she herself does not know. All she does know is that a lot of fellow robots have disappeared as well as thousands of dollars of Company assets. Pi smells trouble but can't quite seem to find any answers.
As he unveils the secrets of this icy world, he digs deeper into the secrets of the Company. All seems innocent enough but how safe is Pi really in this far-flung asteroid?
Pi lands on the mysterious asteroid and starts his investigation. Soon thereafter, he discovers and revives Kieru, the facility manager bot who guides Pi deeper into the station and its mysteries.
Pi finds out about an accident involving a bot called Faraday and worker bots loading precious cargo. Doc helps the team retrace Faraday’s steps to find any clues.
While digging through clues, Pi is sent on a wild goose chase as bots are being automatically revived. Pi is intent on finishing his investigation, but the other bots have something else in mind.
Pi navigates through a virtual map of the asteroid and locates an anomaly. The anomaly, as it turns out, leads to all the answers. But everything isn’t as it seems as the group races against time before they are all destroyed.
