I didn't even know I needed this in my life until I was today years old. This recipe is fantastic and so refreshing. I put it in the freezer for like an hour to get it really cold and it was delightful!

this is the one part of Indian cuisine I haven't been able to wrap my head around or my tastebuds - I don't why the savory drinks seem like such an oxymoron to me. However this masala chai must be delicious for those savory drink lovers.

We love buttermilk too in all forms though I stick to the basic watery, salted version most of the times. Your chaas looks super inviting.
