Sandhya, over the weekend we experienced a snow storm and the temperatures dipped, calling for piping hot food. Made your Chinese Hot and Sour Soup and we loved it. So flavourful, comforting and filling too. I added some mushrooms too.

whenever I am starting to get a cold, I order this from Chinese restaurant and before I know it, congestion and coughing has stopped. It definitely cures ailments of all sorts!
I have never made it myself because whenever I am feeling sick, don't have the energy to do it 🙂

I was the same when I was growing up. The only kind of soup I had was tomato soup. It still is one of my favorites.
