Great recipe thank you. I had some leftover tomato and feta risotto and this worked great. Using the cornflour and flour mix is so much better than messing about with egg and the panko sticks much better.

This was a wonderful recipe! Thank you for sharing! I made it with leftover pumpkin risotto in the air fryer and it turned out perfectly. It actually turned out better than when I used to fry arancini!

If in the US, it is corn starch. In India and a few other countries, it is called corn flour. We will be using the fine variety.
