We used to make Avarakkai poriyal without the moong dalm but my MIL introduced us with the paruppu, and now we love it a lot. esp with vathkuzhambu or morkozhambu

Broad beans is one of our favorite vegetables and I usually do not add coconut to the stir fry. This time tried your version and we loved it. I will be making this poriyal more often from now. Thanks for the recipe.
