Made this on Holi and served to the guests. Everyone loved it. It was so good. Loved the taste of saffron in lassi. Will make it frequently now. It was delicious.

This recipe is the best way to welcome summers, mango and lassi with this twist, there cannot be anything better to refresh ourselves than this combination.

I love mango lassi. I bet I will love this drink too. Sounds amazing with added saffron. Yum, can't wait to make this.

While I am not a big fan of sweet lassi(I prefer salted), made this for hubby as he loves sweet lassi. Thoroughly enjoyed it even though it is still winter for us. Replaced the honey with maple syrup.
