How fun to learn from a restaurant. I agree that this recipe is a keeper. My husband is not too fond of quinoa but this is his favorite recipe. I make it so often in summer to make a quick wrap.

We took cooking lessons from a restaurant and learned how to make tabbouleh. However, I am allergic to wheat so could not keep using their recipe. This recipe is just perfect--not too much salt, lemon, or onion. It tastes delicious and the quinoa is a complete protein. My mom and husband are both picky eaters and becoming vegan has been a challenge. So far, they have eaten every drop from these recipes. Thank-you!

I don’t stock upon bulgur so I use quinoa whenever I make tabbouleh. But this time I tried with cauliflower rice and that’s a good version too. Beautiful clicks!
