I have made this recipe with different sources of sugar and also with our sugar. It always is good when you use a whole stick of butter. I know it is quite easy to make tasty crispy cookies with a lot of butter. Not everyone can eat so much butter or coconut oil for that matter. Do you have any solution to make crispy tasty almond cookies without much butter? Thanks.
