Maneesha, you could use any cheese that would melt a little. I like to use mozzarella or cheddar. Just a little sprinkle over the potato mixture would be enough.

This post reminds me of my uni days, my non-Indian friends loved samosas. So we used to make Samosa pinwheels together in my room as I didn't know how to make traditional samosa that time. Loving the idea of making them in the air fryer, easy and convenient snack for any occasion.
