That's a lovely idea Sandhya and I can imagine how excited my daughter would be to get herself some of those. Wish the puff pastry sheets here were affordable. Sigh! For no I will feast my eyes only!

Using puff pastry sheets for the mozzarella sticks is such a fantastic idea. I would always prefer baking than frying. Great share sandhya.

We have started getting the puff pastry here , but the prices are high and only gourmet stores stock them . String cheese is something that I tasted in Japan , I know how crazy kids are for these .
A appetiser with these two would definitely rock , don’t mind flicking one from the screen :))
