I love this recipe and serve the apple “rosettes” with a vanilla custard. I found that refrigerating them before baking makes the puff pastry flakier. It’s visually appealing and not too sweet. Always a crowd pleaser and worth the time.

Barb, I have not tried freezing them, but they should work. Freeze them and place them in a freezer safe container. Reheat it in the oven before serving.
